BIDOIA Industries was established in 1946 by Mr. Giuseppe Bidoia as individual firm for the sale of hospital material in the north-east areas of Italy, as Agent of most important firms in the field.

1967
Mr. Gianfranco Bidoia, Giuseppe's son, entered into the BIDOIA Company and in 1974 Mr. Sandro Bidoia, other Giuseppe's son, had a short collaboration with the Company because very soon he begun working for an important international company in a different technological field.

1973
the Company extended in becoming direct dealer always of hospital articles. In 1981 it enlarged to other Italian areas: it engaged several agents little by little in the time and it also started to diversify the products.

1984 and 1986
other two Companies were developped by the first Company and they followed other fields. One of these two companies (1986) was an "Agent Company" for some international companies.

1984
BIHOS s.r.l. was established by Mr. Gianfranco Bidoia, who presently manages it, for the production of special hospital shoes and clogs. Presently this Company is selling in all the main hospital markets of the world with more than 46 exclusive distributors, the U.S.A. included.

During these recent years also the first Bidoia Company has grown, it has extended its sales in all Italy through direct salesmen for some areas, while for other ones (the farthest) through exclusive distributors. As a consequence of these developments new articles were created and many others were and are directly produced, some of them with international patents. The abroad development has increased too and nowadays the Company is present in quite all Europe, in South America and in some Countries of Asia and in Australia too.
